Production start

Manufacture of customer-specific goods generally starts only after the agreed prerequisites are complete, including complete order information, final artwork/print approval and – where agreed – payment or confirmed payment clearance. Changes after approval may restart or extend the schedule.

Production time

The current regular production period is approximately 10–12 business days. The individual order is decisive; special materials, unusual quantities, additional finishing or later changes may require a different lead time.

Delivery time

The current regular total period to delivery is approximately 15–17 business days. Unless a fixed date is expressly confirmed in the quotation, this is a non-binding planning estimate. Carrier transit time begins after handover to the shipping provider.

Shipping region

Our regular delivery region is Worldwide. Whether a particular country, island region or special territory can be served depends on the individual quotation and available logistics routes.

Shipping charges, customs and import

Whether shipping, customs clearance, import duties or taxes are included is determined solely by the individual quotation/checkout. Cross-border shipments may require additional declarations, EORI/tax information or import documents. Customs, authority or external logistics delays fall outside the normal production period.

Delivery address and receipt

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address and, for business deliveries, suitable goods-receipt arrangements. Extra costs caused by undeliverable or incorrectly addressed consignments may be passed on to the extent permitted by law.

Tracking and partial deliveries

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, a tracking number may be supplied. Reasonable partial deliveries may be made in accordance with the Terms where they do not materially prejudice the customer.

Payment processing

Payments are made using the payment methods made available in the quotation or checkout, including Shopify-based order/payment flows and, where applicable, additional payment providers. Actual payment-method availability may depend on country, currency, order value, risk checks and activation by the relevant provider.

Payment data

Sensitive card or online-banking credentials are normally processed directly by the relevant payment provider. BUGO DUFT receives information needed for order and payment status, but does not automatically receive full payment-instrument credentials.

Refunds

Where a refund is due and technically possible, it is normally returned to the original payment method or another expressly agreed method. Bank or provider processing times may delay the final credit.
