Which payment methods does BUGO DUFT accept?
You pay securely through Stripe: by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), with Klarna for eligible customers and further methods – depending on country, device and availability, up to 16 payment methods in total are shown directly at checkout.
Are the prices shown final prices?
Yes. Prices in the configurator and price tables are final prices including VAT, shipping and customs. Graphic design is included as well.
When do I pay and when is my order produced?
You pay at checkout when placing the order. You then receive your artwork proof for approval; production only starts after your approval and normally takes 10–12 working days.
Does BUGO DUFT store my card details?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe; BUGO DUFT does not store full card details. Before completing your order you always see the payment methods that are actually available.
Do I need a customer account to pay?
No. You can order and pay without a customer account. With an account you see your orders and artwork approvals in one place at any time.
Can private individuals order?
No. BUGO DUFT supplies businesses only. At checkout you confirm that you are ordering as a business; we may ask for suitable proof if needed.
Can I pay in Swiss francs?
Depending on country and eligibility, the amount may be shown in Swiss francs at checkout. BUGO DUFT handles import formalities and import charges for Switzerland.
