Prices are final
The prices shown in the configurator are final. VAT, shipping, customs and import charges are included and paid by us. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no courier invoice afterwards.
Current prices start at €179 for 250 pieces in the Standard collection and fall to €0.249 per piece at 1,000 pieces. Prices are shown in euros; card payments are converted by your bank or payment provider, and eligible customers may see their local currency at checkout.
Who you are dealing with
BUGO DUFT LTD is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17435399). Production takes place in our own facility in Istanbul, where we have printed custom air fresheners since 2014 for more than 350 businesses in 32 countries.
Payment options
Checkout runs through Stripe and supports the usual cards and, depending on eligibility, further methods such as Klarna. PayPal is also available. Payment is secure and the order is only produced after you approve the final artwork.
Timeline for UK and Irish orders
- Design proof, usually within six hours on working days.
- Your approval.
- Production: 10–12 working days.
- Shipping with tracking; customs clearance is handled by us.
For a fixed event date, tell us the date when you order and we will confirm the expected delivery.
What UK buyers usually ask
Do I need an EORI number or customs paperwork?
No. We handle the import as part of the delivery, so you do not need to arrange customs clearance yourself.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Your order confirmation and invoice include your company details as entered at checkout.
Is the minimum order the same?
Yes, 250 pieces for every country. You can choose up to two fragrances in an order of 250 pieces.
Can you ship to several UK addresses?
Each order ships to one address. For branch roll-outs, place one order per location or ship to a central address.
Ireland
Ireland is in the EU, so deliveries there follow the same all-inclusive model as for the rest of the European Union: the price you see includes VAT, shipping and any import charges. Irish customers use the same configurator, prices and minimum order as everyone else.

Spelling, language and design
All proofs and communication are available in English. If your brand uses British spelling, tell us and we will keep it consistent in the artwork, for example "colour" and "centre".
Quality and guarantees
Every order is checked before dispatch. If a print defect occurs, we reproduce and reship the order free of charge. The design service is included, and nothing is printed before your written approval.
